The all-embracing aim of Carefirst 24 is to significantly improve the quality of life for people with health and social care needs in all contexts. As per our Missions Statement; Carefirst 24 exists to provide reliable and efficient care to all our service-users through a range of quality care packages and service, at the best possible rates, in a professional and personalised manner.

We know how important it is to get the right home care help for you and it is precisely because of this that Carefirst 24 pays so much attention to detail.

We are also fully aware that your home is your home and that sometimes having other people, who are relatively new acquaintances there, may feel a bit awkward. Don’t worry; we will assist you at home with as little disruption as possible. A Care Manager will visit you at home to assess your needs. All of our Care Managers are Registered Nurses and are very competent in what they do. They will then design a Care Plan, which will be regularly reviewed and allocate a trained Carefirst 24 Home Care Associate (HCA) to assist you. Where possible, we will ensure that you always get the same HCA so that you know whom you’re getting – a face you know.  

You can be assured that our Health Care Associates are:

Appropriately trained and supervised.
Punctual, pleasant and professional.
Friendly and flexible.

Our Health Care Associates will not:

Smoke or drink alcohol whilst on duty.
Break confidentiality, except if by not doing so, harm is inflicted on the Service-User or others
Accept personal gratuities (gifts or money) for services.
Make personal phone-calls, except in emergency and with the Service-Users consent.

To provide the very best home care services we need to monitor and record all relevant information. We therefore ask for permission to leave documentation on site for our carers to make an entry each time they visit  .Your co-operation into this matter will be highly appreciated.
