with the service?
To ensure that the
service matches needs and expectations, we welcome any
compliments or complaints from our Service Users. If they wish
to comments about the service they are receiving from Carefirst
24, they should initially discuss the problem with the Care
Manager who will do his/her best to resolve the problem quickly
to their satisfaction.
Complaints can be made in person, in
writing or by telephone and should be addressed to our office.
Complaints will be confirmed in writing and will be logged in
the office. All complaints are fully investigated and a response
provided as soon as possible. |
