It's not just about qualifications. At Carefirst 24 we believe that there is a whole range of different personal qualities that individuals have that makes them outstanding professionals. We currently provide quality home carers, healthcare support workers, health care assistants, locum doctors, nurses and midwives to all areas of the care industry.

There is a rigorous recruitment and selection procedure which meets the requirements of legislation,equal opportunities and anti discriminatory practice and ensures the protection of the Service Users, families and members of the general public.

All Carefirst24 Ltd staff are provided with a written job description and work specification identifying their responsibilities and accountabilities and with copies of Carefirst24 Ltd Staff Handbook and grievance and disciplinary procedure.

Carefirst24 Ltd registered manager ensures that there is a staff training and development programme within the company,reviewed and updated regularly, which meets the workforce training targets of our training department,and ensures that staff are able to fulfil the aims of Carefirst24 Ltd and meets the changing needs of our Service Users, representatives,relatives and members of the general public.

All candidates within  Carefirst24 Ltd are competent and trained to undertake the activites for which they are deployed and for which  they are accountable and responsible.

All of our candidates receive regular supervision and have their standard of practice appraised regularly.
