The well being, health and security of our Service Users is protected by Carefirst24`s policies and procedures on recruitment and selection of staff. At Carefirst24 we have a rigorous recruitment and selection procedure which meets the requirements of legislation, equal opportunities and anti discriminatory practice and ensures the protection of Service Users and families.

Our service users benefit from clarity of staff roles and responsibilities.

All candidates are required to attend a face to face interview with Carefirst24 recruitment consultant. We will want to explore on your skills, to check your qualifications, be certain that you have the legal right to work in the UK and assist you to become fully compliant with all industry standards.   This will include mandatory training such as in Manual Handling and CPR as well as health checks to ensure your safety and that of our clients.
