We have invested in state of the art technology which allows us to electronically share common information and data and demonstrate documented audit trails. This technology also provides the platform any future agreed Invoices and Timesheets as proposed by Purchasers.

We have strong, partnership agreements with our service users and other allied groups within the social care sector.

We are also in a strong, financially viable position to start up new facilities as the situation demands due to our agreement with our well supported banks.

We will also develop an exit strategy for end of term and the possibility of transfer to another purchaser/supplier.

We also have a dedicated department for staff recruitment/human resource for home carers, nurses and care support workers.

In a recent report by the Commission for Social Care Inspection the following comments were made: “The service users are very happy with the service provided by this Agency; they find the carers prompt and reliable, they are they say caring and attentive and they find the support from the company itself helpful and efficient. This very positive feedback from service users is often based upon service comparing CareFirst with other agencies they have found less reliable. This is a new and expanding company, registered with the CQC in 2004. The Agency has clearly put great effort into having in place the policies and procedures that will underpin their organisation as it expands.” “It has a managerial structure with clear lines of accountability. Staff recruitment, induction, training and support appear sound.”

Our clients can expect our services not only to conform and meet with their criteria, but also incorporate any future strategies, yet to be agreed, as well as meeting any future requirements for additional services and opportunities.
